Delete your account

Last updated: August 5, 2026

Deleting your Mystogian account is immediate and permanent. It removes your account and every piece of data tied to it — your birth chart, journal entries, decisions, mood logs, and memories. The app does not currently offer a data export, so save anything you want to keep before you delete.

If you can sign in to the app

Go to Settings → Delete my account. For your security, you'll be asked to re-confirm your login with a fresh one-time email code immediately before deletion runs. Once that's confirmed, deletion happens right away and cannot be undone.

If you can't sign in to the app

The in-app flow above is the normal way accounts are deleted. This path exists only for people who cannot reach it. If you're unable to reach the in-app deletion flow yourself — for example, you've lost access to the email your account uses — email us at mystogianastro@gmail.com and describe your situation. This is a real path to deletion, but an email alone is not, by itself, proof of identity: we'll ask for details to confirm you actually own the account before deleting it manually on our end. We aim to respond within a few days.

What gets deleted

Your account and everything tied to it: birth chart, journal entries, decisions, mood logs, and memories. This cannot be undone. There is no in-app data export, so anything you want to keep must be handled before you delete.

See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more on how your data is handled, or visit Support for other questions.
