Delete your account

Deleting your Mystogian account is immediate and permanent. It removes your account and its data from our systems right away. The app does not currently offer a data export, so save anything you want to keep before you delete.

If you can sign in to the app

Go to Settings → Delete my account. For your security, you'll be asked to re-confirm your login with a fresh one-time email code immediately before deletion runs. Once that's confirmed, deletion happens right away and cannot be undone.

If you can't sign in to the app

The in-app flow above is the normal way accounts are deleted. This path exists only for people who cannot reach it. If you're unable to reach the in-app deletion flow yourself - for example, you've lost access to the email your account uses - email us at mystogianastro@gmail.com and describe your situation. This is a real path to deletion, but an email alone is not, by itself, proof of identity: we'll ask for details to confirm you actually own the account before deleting it manually on our end. We aim to respond within a few days.

What gets deleted

Your account and its data are deleted from our systems right away. Some saved readings and an unsaved chat can stay on your phone until you delete the app or clear its data. They are not shown to anyone else. Our service providers may keep backup copies for a while under their own rules. This cannot be undone. There is no in-app data export, so anything you want to keep must be handled before you delete.
