Mystogian — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mystogian (“the app”), operated by an independent developer based in the Philippines. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mystogian. You confirm this when you create your account.

2. What Mystogian is

Mystogian is an astrology and self-reflection app. It calculates astrological charts and provides personalized reflections, journaling, and guidance features, some of which are generated by AI.

Mystogian is for personal insight and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional advice — medical, psychological, legal, financial, or otherwise. Astrological interpretations and AI-generated guidance are not predictions of fact. Decisions you make are your own responsibility. If you are in crisis or need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

3. Your account

You sign in using an email one-time code or Continue with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email (and, if used, your Google account) secure. Let us know at mystogianastro@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Your content

Your journal entries, decisions, and other content belong to you. You grant us permission to process that content only to operate the app's features for you — including sending relevant text to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate responses, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell it.

You agree not to use the app to break the law or to upload content that isn't yours to share.

5. AI-generated content

Guidance and interpretations may be generated by AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Treat them as reflection prompts, not facts or professional advice. You are responsible for how you act on them.

6. Availability and changes

This is an early-access app under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the app may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; if we do, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time from within the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent. The app does not currently offer a data export, so save anything you want to keep before deleting.

8. No warranty

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you use Mystogian from another country, this does not remove any consumer protection rights you have under the laws where you live.
